We (my partner and I) are first-time home buyers and have basically no idea what we are doing. Tory showed us around and explained everything in a detailed and easy to understand manner. What sets this company apart from many others is that they don't charge for a re-inspection and they came as a duo - so you just have the one upfront charge and the inspection was reasonably quick. Tory took us through not just all of what they were evaluating, but through some information regarding basic home maintenance. He maintains his relationships with his clients and made us feel very comfortable about reaching out in the future with questions. We feel lucky that we had this inspector and can't recommend them more!
