What sets this company apart from many others is that they don't charge for a re-inspection and they came as a duo - so you just have the one upfront charge and the inspection was reasonably quick. He maintains his relationships with his clients and made us feel very comfortable about reaching out in the future with questions. We feel lucky that we had this inspector and can't recommend them more!
